Meditate with a tree. Find a tree that you feel pulled toward. Ask permission to receive from your tree. When you feel welcome, then either sit or stand beside it. Put your right hand at the nape of the neck touching your neck, and put your left hand at the base of the spine facing outward toward the tree. Touch your left hand to the tree. Close your eyes and breathe with the tree. You can receive deep healing with this meditation. Stay as long as you feel called to. Say thank you when you are done and disconnect with your tree.
Lemon leaf cleanse. You can do this during the solstice, equinox, new moon, full moon, birthday, anniversary, or any intentionally cleansing time. Receive lemon leaves from a tree around you. Boil them in water. Let the water cool down and steep out the leaves. Put the water in a container and take it to the shower with you. Take a shower, rinse off completely, and turn off the shower. Then pour the lemon leaf water over you and just stand there to dry naturally - no towel dry. You can use the leaves 2-3 times, the next few showers you take should you wish to do it again.
Walk barefoot. Connect and ground to nature and receive the minerals and love of the earth by walking the earth without shoes on.
